What happens when a shipment gets damaged or goes missing?

Although rare, if a shipment gets damaged or goes missing, we will issue a full refund based on the declared value of the damaged or missing item(s).

Can I create multiple shipments with 1 waybill number?

Yes, you can. Provided that all items are going to one receiver in a single location.
